Bradley Griffith consults to PF2 on cases concerning trading processes, best practices, regulation and governance of financial market exchanges (stocks/futures/options). Bradley began his career at the Mid-America Commodity Exchange, before becoming a market-maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). Having started during the early days of the trading pit, Bradley became a multiple seat owner, and later he held (and owned) the title of "Designated Market Maker" on his CBOE trading pit. He joined the CBOE’s board of directors in 2005. He was elected as Vice Chairman in 2007 and served in that capacity for three years. During that time, Brad was a key member of CBOE Board that oversaw the demutualization of the CBOE and its ultimate IPO in 2010. He has been on the board of directors of the Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGEX) since 2015, negotiating and overseeing MGEX’s acquisition by Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIH) the parent holding company of the MIAX Exchange Group™ in 2020, and participating in numerous board-level activities in advance of MIAX's planned IPO in late 2023.
