Peter Lennon, CPA, consults with PF2 on complex commercial disputes and in the realms of bankruptcy and investigations, where his mixture of legal, accounting and economic skills and experience are most sought after by litigation counsel.  His recent projects have spanned governance, financial regulation, compliance, risk management, AML, FCPA and taxation issues across a myriad of high-profile cases and investigations.   He has been engaged, in a consulting capacity, by the FDIC, Central Bank of Ireland, HSBC, and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and has worked as a litigation consultant on high-profile litigation concerning Citigroup, Bear Stearns, Xerox, Tyco, Nortel and others.  Peter began his career in the auditing department at KPMG.  He then took a legal role within the litigation division at Elliott Greenleaf before joining Milberg LLP as an attorney and forensic accountant in the litigation department.  Peter has served on a number of boards, including recently for the Stichting NL Tesco in the Netherlands, where he was among those responsible for overseeing the potential resolution of claims relating to accounting irregularities at Tesco PLC in the UK.  He holds a number of professional certifications, including an MBA (Finance and Economics) from West Chester University and a law degree from Widener University.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
